Cosmetic Production

Our advanced cosmetic production facility is designed for efficiency and precision, capable of producing up to 60 tons of shampoo simultaneously . With multiple production vessels, including three 20-ton tanks, we can efficiently meet high consumer demand while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Our product range includes creams, lotions, gels, serums, and extracts, manufactured in vessels that accommodate sizes from 25 kg to 2,700 kg . Utilizing fully automated homogenizing cream vessels and optimized filling lines, we achieve a daily output of 140,000 units of shampoo , ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Our two-story warehouse spans seven and five aisles and has a capacity for 14,000 pallets , supporting our extensive production capabilities. Modern transportation systems facilitate the secure storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished products under optimal conditions, complemented by facilities for cold storage and hazardous materials.
